1.使用条例:

此保证服务只适用于原购方,原购方以出示购货合同及保用证书为准.本公司立足于维护合同及本保用证书的有效执行,坚持高产的服务承诺,提供应时应力的专服务.

2.保用条例:

辉林家具公司在家具机件用制造方面提供品质保用,负责维护或更换原装产品的损坏部分,客户应保留产品损坏部分及其配件.

3.适用条例:

卖方所售出的产品,如果因为质量问题的损坏,卖方负责维修更换,并负担由此产生的运输,安装等费用.

例如:办公桌,文件柜,办公椅等由质量问题,造成结构性爆裂,防火板分离,胶边脱落,椅轮或五星脚爆裂等质量问题则由卖方承担责任,并提供免费的维修服务.

4.非适用条件:

--如台风,洪水,地震等自然灾害造成的损坏.

--困使用不当或人为损坏,如剧烈碰撞,损失配件等,须酌情收费而提供服务.

--因生产的批次不同而导致的木质,布料,皮面等色泽,纹理,质地各有差异.

Q: whar should I expect from the delivery?

A:On all orders .we will arrrange the shipping company(or the shiping company appointed by your esteemed corperation)and they will contact you for the document they need.please make all necessary arrangements to allist with them.

Q:how do you prepare my merchandise to prevent damage?

A:all merchandise is inspected priror to shippong, everything is corner proected,put in boxes.plced on shipping pallets and shrink wrapped. we also have special handling agreements with all carriers we use.

Q:how long does delivery take?

A:we understand that you are eager to get your beautiful furuiture,but we feel portecting your investment is just as important, Many items are delivered within 30 days but please allow up to 30-50days on some items.

Q:Can you customize an item for me?

A:we are pleased to know your demand of every products in youer order.And we will be thankfull if you want to let us know your idea in detail we feel sure you will get your ideal one with low price on quality basis from us.

Q:Can I have a further enquiry on the products I didn't see in your catalogue or website?

A:yes,in most instances,If you do not see what you want in the catalogue or online,please e-mail us at sales@huilinfurniture.com and one of our sales associates will be glad to assist you.There are some clearance items and certain other items that we keep in our darabase,but most merchandise can be found in our website and catalogue.

Q: Can we arrange the shipment ourself?

A:yes,many customers choose to use own carriers .when using their own carrier,the customer assumes all responsibility to arrange the carrier to arrange the bill of laoding for the shipment and to arrange paryment for the carrier.once the items have been signed for by the customer's carrier,huilin furniture holds no responsibilty for any items shipped and /or any damagesincurred while shipping.
